How To Use the Eligibility Questionnaire

Welcome to the how-to guide on searching for resources in the statewide community resource directory.

When first entering the directory you will be asked for your location:



Simply click the radial button to either search All Area's 9the entire state), county, or city. If choosing County or City select from the drop down box. Once you have done this click next. what follows is a list of categories:



Click on the category that best suits the type of service you are looking for. After which a list of keywords will be displayed:



Click on the service keyword that best describes the service you are looking for. Once this step is completed you will be given a results page:



Once the results are displayed you can clik on the desired service's name for more details.
