Leadership

We will do everything in our power in our agencies to see that the decisions reached by consensus in this group are strongly promoted in our individual agencies. Use creativity in determining the low cost solution to meet the requirements of this project. Seek creative solutions and move focus on how to make things work.

Cost Effectiveness

The costs associated with this project are balanced by improved outcomes for the client. Ensure that this system is not an added burden for the staff or agency using the system. No increase or new data entry by field staff unless this supplants an activity they already do. We use existing State resources where feasible.

Cooperation

We understand the need for on-going dialogues between the agencies. This dialogue takes place in an environment of open-mindedness, honesty, trust, and in a non-judgmental way. We accept whatever is said in our dialogues as the truth and make our best decisions based on the information provided.
