To help Oklahomans and service providers easily access an array of available public and private services.

To support a collaborative partnership of state agencies dedicated to building a more effective and efficient service delivery system.

To make aggregate data available to agencies, service providers, and the Oklahoma State Legislature to be utilized for planning, research, outcome evaluation, and service coordination.
